Meet Murdoch Team Assistant to support future student engagement and Admissions operations. Respond to inbound enquiries, support outbound calling campaigns, and convert future student enquiries into applications.
Requirements
- Strong telephone manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in engaging with a diverse range of callers in a professional and welcoming way.
- Proven ability to build rapport, influence prospects, and convert enquiries into student applications.
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite with strong accuracy in data entry.
