As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting relationships. Requirements

• Prior automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
• A passion for cars and helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Positive, outgoing attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the automotive sales industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (but not required).
