Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming leads, following up with potential customers, and scheduling appointments to support our sales and service departments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry
