Job Description
The Highline Warranty Administrator oversees all aspects of warranty processing, from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely handling of claims. This includes reviewing and validating claims, coordinating with departments, addressing discrepancies, working with advisors and technicians, communicating with stakeholders, and collaborating to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Prior experience in warranty processing or administration is required.
- Experience with Highline for Mercedes Benz, BMW, and Audi strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of OEM policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in using warranty management software and systems.
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
