- Greet and engage customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process with transparency.
- Conduct test drives and product presentations that build confidence, not pressure.
- Deliver a white-glove experience for customers arriving on committed digital deals.
- Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to transparency and respect.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain activity standards for outbound contacts, follow-ups, and equity mining.
- Protect CSI by delivering exceptional experiences, especially on digital deal deliveries.
