Job Description
Acura of Highland Park is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a strong, disciplined sales operation. The Sales Manager will desk deals, develop people, and drive consistent performance.
Requirements
- Desk and structure deals to ensure profitability and lender compliance
- Work directly with sales consultants to improve close rates and consistency
- Coach and train daily
- Drive accountability around follow-up, appointments, and CRM usage
- Support inventory pricing, deal flow, and overall sales strategy
- Help maintain a professional, structured sales environment
- Step into deals when needed to support and close business
