Woolpert is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team in London. The role involves providing operational HR support to managers and employees, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on day-to-day people matters. The successful candidate will have experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent level HR role, strong employee relations experience, and in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent level HR role
- Strong employee relations experience with the ability to handle complex and sensitive matters confidently
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make sound decisions, and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience leading HR projects and supporting change initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
- A strong understanding of the importance of Inclusion & Diversity, with the ability to embed inclusive practices within HR and the wider business
