Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Branch’s operations in compliance with established policies and procedures. This includes planning, directing, and controlling all activities of the branch profit centers, staffing and training department managers, and evaluating department performance against pre-determined objectives.

Requirements

• Previous management experience
• Thorough knowledge of all phases of branch operations
• Direct truck sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership ability and decision making skills
