Job Description
Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide support to the HR Department in various areas, including HRIS, compliance, recruiting, compensation, recognition, training, and administrative duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or other related field OR a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Strong computer experience required, including MS Office suite products
- Prior experience with HRIS/payroll/LMS systems preferred
- Ability to use sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive human resources issues with confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills
- Well organized, detail-oriented with impeccable follow-through
