Parts Sales Specialist responsible for assisting customers and technicians in securing needed parts and supplies, achieving sales and gross profit forecasts, and maintaining stock levels. Assists in maintaining a favorable relationship with customers and ensures proper safety, care, and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.

Requirements

• One-year automotive parts related work experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and requests in a timely manner
