Requirements

• Experience or degree in business, finance, marketing, or hospitality
• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience with a physical consumer-facing unit
• Strong diplomatic leadership skills
• Experience in managing through ambiguity and demonstrating effective change management
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
