The Assistant Manager, Housing supports the effective management of the Musqueam Indian Band Housing Department, providing leadership in operational and administrative functions, including budget oversight, contract administration, and policy implementation.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a similar field is considered an asset
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housing administration, contract management, or related field, preferably in a First Nations context
• Strong knowledge of housing maintenance methods, construction practices, and asset management
