Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Events Project Manager to join a fast-paced, creative events agency environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong agency background who thrives on delivering high-impact corporate events and brand experiences, while managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in an Event Project Manager role within an agency environment (essential)
- Proven track record delivering complex, high-profile events end-to-end
- Strong leadership and team development experience
- Experience managing budgets from £70k–£400k+
- Confident client lead with excellent relationship-building skills
- Experience creating and presenting proposals and pitches
- Strong knowledge of AV production and technical event delivery
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Experience managing suppliers and event logistics
- Skilled in post-event reporting, ROI analysis, and continuous improvement
- Up to date with industry trends and innovations
