We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support across the business. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for maintaining end-user systems, office infrastructure, and internal services, ensuring our staff can work efficiently and without disruption.
Provide first- and second-line support for staff across the business, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Manage and maintain Linux and Windows workstations, ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and up to date.
