The role sits at the intersection of customer success and marketing strategy, and requires strong project management instincts, experience working cross-functionally, and a high bar for oneself and the work. The successful candidate will own a book of managed accounts, teach customers how to use the platform, and make sure they feel supported every step of the way. They will also help make the whole team smarter by documenting and sharing best practices.
