Requirements

• High proficiency in Python, with a strong emphasis on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Solid understanding and practical application of software development principles, including collaborative coding and version control using Git.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning theory, with the ability to understand and implement new techniques from academic literature.
• A creative and analytical mindset with a talent for proposing novel solutions to challenging problems.
• Excellent ability to distill complex quantitative findings into clear, concise, and persuasive presentations for diverse audiences.
• A passion for guiding and developing junior talent, fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment.
