Moore & Van Allen PLLC is seeking an Intellectual Property Patent Agent with IP focused background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science to join its Charlotte, NC office.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Expertise in areas such as network architecture, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and cybersecurity
- Registration with the Patent Bar is preferred, eligibility to sit for the Patent Bar examination is mandatory
- Excellent scientific/technical ability and drafting skills
- Excellent application drafting and prosecution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Desire to learn and grow your skill set
