The Director of Process Excellence is a pivotal leadership role within the Business Transformation Office (BTO), responsible for driving enterprise-wide process optimization, operational efficiency, and business transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
- 10+ years of experience in process improvement, business transformation, or operational excellence roles
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of project management in process improvement initiatives
- Experience working in highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government, or similar sectors)
- Hands-on experience with BPM tools, process mining and automation technologies
- Strong expertise in data analysis, change management, and stakeholder engagement
