Job Description
We are a real estate company with a passion for VvE management, and we are looking for a Junior Technical Manager to ensure the quality and maintenance status of our properties.
Requirements
- HBO work and thinking level with an education in the direction of, for example, Building Technical Business, Building Science or Electrical Engineering
- Several years of relevant work experience in VvE and/or property management or the construction sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent and result-oriented, structured, learning-oriented and critical
- In possession of a category B driver's license
