Requirements
- Engineer / architect or other technical degrees
- Knowledge of budget management, technical, and leasing knowledge
- Experience of at least 3 years performing equivalent functions, or in facility management
- Medium to high level of English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of GMAOs
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCad
- Driver's license
