Job Description
MVGM VvE is the largest VvE manager in the Netherlands. We relieve more than 3,500 Associations of Owners in the fields of technical, administrative and management real estate management with an excellent service delivery. As Technical Manager, you will have the entrepreneurial freedom in the technical management of an interesting portfolio!
Requirements
- HBO work and thinking level with a training in the direction of, for example, Building Technical Business Administration, Building Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Several years of relevant work experience in VvE and/or real estate management or the construction sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent and result-oriented, structured, curious and critical
- In possession of a driver's license B
