Job Description
The Program Supervisor provides day to day supervision of Service Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals, assists the Director in program operations, and provides quality, person-centered services.
Requirements
- 2+ years of supervision or demonstrated leadership role in a human service field related to adult disability services
- 4-year degree in a related area of study and 1 year of work experience with persons with disabilities
- 2-year college degree in a related area of study and 2 years of work experience with persons with disabilities
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- demonstrated leadership skills
- ability to work independently and cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors
- strong customer relations skills
- valid driver's license and insurability
