Job Description
MikeWorldWide is seeking an Account Executive in Tech to build relationships with clients and media, pitch relevant brands, and provide clients with counsel on media planning. The role requires a proactive and creatively focused individual passionate about cloud technologies and fintech. Strong communication and digital skills are essential for success within the New York office.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience serving in a media relations role
- Experience developing key media pitches and bylined abstracts
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with and affinity for digital tools
- Fluency in PR tools (e.g. Cision, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple assignments
