Job description
The Microbiology Technician prepares samples for processing, maintains documentation, and supports laboratory management in implementing and maintaining the management system.
Prepare samples for analysis, pipette sample solution, pour agar into plates, collect plates, prepare media and broth, and read plates to determine the number of organisms in the sample.
Must have knowledge of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), adhere to safety policies, and participate in cleaning schedule.
