Job Description
The Client Onboarding Specialist owns a portfolio of new client implementations, guiding each account from sale through successful launch. This is a specialist-level role that requires clear communication, technical knowledge, and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will adopt and integrate AI-powered tools into their daily workflows to increase speed, consistency, and quality.
Requirements
- Own a portfolio of client onboarding projects
- Develop project plans with clear scope, milestones, and deadlines
- Serve as the primary client contact from sale through launch
- Resolve technical challenges with internal teams
- Document all notable client interactions, configurations, and issues
