QA Lead

We are seeking a QA Lead to own team throughput and review quality across all Signature website builds and launches. The ideal candidate has led a QA team in a web or CMS environment, communicates directly with both technical and non-technical partners, takes ownership of team outcomes rather than waiting for direction, and looks for patterns in defect data, not just individual bugs to fix.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, responsive testing, and CMS/WordPress workflows.
• Experience leading or mentoring a QA team: assigning work, giving feedback, running 1:1s.
• Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to analyze defect patterns across projects and translate them into process improvements.
• Comfort with cross-browser and cross-device testing tools (BrowserStack or equivalent).
• Familiarity with performance validation tools (PageSpeed Insights, Core Web Vitals).
• 4+ years in web QA, including at least 1-2 years in a lead, senior, or supervisory QA capacity.
