We are looking for a Vice President of Business Development & Sales to drive revenue generation, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across all channels.
Requirements
- 10+ years in executive-level business development or sales leadership roles within medtech, digital health, wearables, or healthcare services
- Proven track record scaling revenues and building go-to-market teams for innovative health tech solutions
- Deep experience selling into health systems, payer networks, consumer health, and government markets
- Strong negotiation, strategic partnership, and deal-making expertise
- Exceptional leadership skills; ability to build, inspire, and manage large commercial teams
- Familiarity with Health Canada, MDR/FDA regulations, reimbursement models, and healthcare commercialization cycles
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred; background in engineering, life sciences, or business strategy a strong plus
