Estimator

The Estimator assists Preconstruction Services staff with preconstruction and business development efforts. This role involves setting up and maintaining project records, performing take-offs, gathering information, and assisting subcontractors. The Estimator will also act as a liaison between the design team and subcontractors, ensuring accurate cost estimation.

Requirements

• Review project drawings and assist Preconstruction Managers in creating project overview strategies.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and job site visits with the design team and client.
• Review design documents and complete accurate quantity take-offs.
• Create proposal spreadsheet with scope descriptions.
• Meet with Preconstruction Managers to review bid status and take-offs.
• Assist in the project hand-off meetings with the operations staff.
