HVAC Refrigeration Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC / Refrigeration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems while ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Requirements

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC/R system issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and testing equipment
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Repair and maintain commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment
• Conduct electrical testing and diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment
• Complete property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and equipment
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities comply with local codes, safety standards, and regulations
• Collaborate with team members, contractors, and vendors to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and maintenance activities
