• Anticipate member needs and be willing to go above and beyond to accommodate them.
• Efficiently serve food and beverages, offers suggestions on daily menu specials and wine selections.
• Perform all opening and closing dining room duties and side work.
• Maintain knowledge of high standard of safety and cleanliness.
• Assist other team members as needed
• Attend training, menu tastings, and shift meetings.
