We are looking for a Customer Representative to join our dynamic team at our Springe location as soon as possible. As the face of our company, you will provide our customers with respectful and empathetic advice on all questions related to the topics of burial and pre-care.
Requirements
- First work experience in customer service or retail
- Prior experience in the funeral industry is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and a high service orientation, empathy, and compassion
- Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software
- Attentive, reliable, and have a sense of order
