Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Business Administration, IT, or comparable field
• Strong experience in agile product management (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) as well as requirements management
• Very good understanding of complex business processes, ideally in staff scheduling, workforce management, or care services
