Job Description
Software Consultant / IT Consultant responsible for project consulting and software implementation for clients, conducting workshops and user training sessions, and maintaining communication with project stakeholders. Collaborates with various teams and supports colleagues in complex software implementation projects.
Requirements
- Planning, conceptualizing, and implementing software implementation projects for clients
- Conducting workshops and user training sessions at client's site or online
- Maintaining communication with project stakeholders
- Supporting colleagues in complex software implementation projects
- Providing ongoing support and consulting to existing clients
- Documenting processes in CRM system
- Assisting sales team with presentations, prospective client support, and sales events
