MyOutDesk (MOD) is looking for a Business Operations Associate - Bilingual to work with U.S.-based businesses, with responsibilities including sales strategies, CRM maintenance, customer support, and process optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in BPO, Sales, Customer Success, or Executive Support, specifically working with U.S.-based companies.
• Bilingual Mastery (C1/C2) with polished, professional, and culturally aligned English.
• Expert level in Microsoft 365 and at least one major CRM, with ability to learn new software quickly.
