Job Description
Genesee Lake School, a MyPath Company, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join their Intensive Program specialized team. The role provides individualized, 1:1 supervision, coaching, and therapeutic support to students in a highly structured setting focused on stabilization, skill-building, and transition into less intensive programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
- Must complete 40 hours of Behavioral Tech online training within 4 months of hire
