Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a team of Direct Support Professionals and an Assistant Program Manager at one of our residential sites. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments and has a passion for team development, therapeutic support, and making a meaningful impact.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral science (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in a residential or behavioral setting
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience (required)
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, mobility, and active supervision
