Job Description
The Shift Leader is responsible for ensuring production operators are disciplined and well-trained to produce products according to quality standards and GMP regulations. Responsibilities include conducting refresher training, evaluating performance, and maintaining proper documentation and housekeeping.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business / Engineering field or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Relevant experiences from the Medical Device industry / manufacturing field / knowledge in ISO13485 and 21FR820 is an advantage
- Able to work in a high volume manufacturing environment
- Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT & etc
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written English
