We are hiring a Licensing & Certifications Representative to work remotely in the United States. The role is responsible for agent contracting, license management, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Partner with sales managers and agents
- Manage state insurance licensing requirements
- Initiate and manage carrier contracting processes
- Maintain and audit licensing and contracting statuses
- Proactively follow up with agents via phone, email, and chat
