Job Description:
We are looking for a Partner Manager to support us in building our Partner/ Channel Organization. In this role, you will identify, recruit, and operationalize new partner organizations for resellers and system integrators to expand the indirect sales reach of Myra Security.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract new sales partners and expanding existing partnerships
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with sales partners to ensure close cooperation and mutual growth
- Revising and developing our Partner/ Channel Program in line with the company's strategy
- Conducting sales presentations, webinars, and training
- Conducting contract negotiations with interested parties and coordinating internal communication channels
- Closely coordinating and collaborating with Direct Sales to ensure transparent and professional customer and partner care
- Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to understand the needs of sales partners and develop corresponding solutions
- Qualifying incoming leads and regularly maintaining and evaluating business opportunities in CRM
- Creating reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations to management
- Supporting the creation of business plans and long-term company strategy
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the software/SaaS/security sales and partner/channel management area
- Networking and B2B sales are your passion
- Professional education, a university degree, or a comparable education
- Excellent communication and empathetic skills
- You are self-motivated and have a high level of initiative
- You are able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and deliver results
- You have team orientation and are able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- You have negotiation skills and the ability to achieve win-win agreements with sales partners
- You feel at home in a growing, innovative, and dynamic company culture
- You are interested in concepts such as CDN, WAF, DDoS, Bot, Web-Traffic, Hosting, and Hybrid-Cloud
- You have very good German and English language skills (oral and written)
