Event Planner

The Event Planner will provide administrative and operational support for internal meetings and events, including managing documentation, contracts, and logistics, and delivering white-glove support to senior leaders and internal partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-5 years of professional experience in administration, events, conventions, trade show experience, project management or planning, or related area
• Industry experience in biotech, medical device, pharma, or healthcare preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience building and maintaining relationships
• Excellent organizational and product management skills, including time management, and strong attention to detail
• Proven experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
• Ability to travel 20%-40% of the time, frequently taking place over weekends
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds of force frequently
