Myriad Genetics is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead strategic account leadership, digital transformation, and consultative partnership at the intersection of genomics, technology, and healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of field sales experience in biotech, diagnostics, or adjacent fields, including 5+ years in health system account management, EMR implementation, clinical operations, or digital health programs
- EMR/EHR workflows (Epic, Cerner, Athena), order build, results routing, CDS, and go-live stabilization
- Interoperability (HL7, FHIR, APIs), testing, UAT, and issue resolution
- Program execution, analytics, KPI tracking, and optimization
- Screening protocol design and operationalization
- Change enablement, stakeholder orchestration, and executive communication
- Commercial acumen, systems thinking, problem solving, and customerâcentric decision making
- Ability to influence without authority, manage complexity, and adapt quickly in dynamic environments
