Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from Management or relevant major
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Human Resource staff
• Familiarity with Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
• Understanding of government regulations, labor law, PPH 21, labor relations
• English language proficiency
