HR Service Lead

MyRobin.ID is seeking an HR Service Lead to manage employee data, lead a team of 10+ members, and handle various HR responsibilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a BPO/MPO/outsourcing company (preferred)
• Experienced in leading and managing a team of 10+ members
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to bridge communication between clients, management, and internal teams
• Assertive, adaptive, and communicative, with the ability to provide clear direction to the team without being overly rigid
• Strong analytical thinking to support effective decision-making
• Familiarity with payroll, employment contracts, BPJS (social security), and HR administration processes (preferred)
