• Proven experience as Staffing Manager, preferably in Staffing Industry (Outsourcing Company)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
