Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Supply Chain professional to ensure the timely fulfillment of purchase requests through efficient supply chain management.

Requirements

• Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures
• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier selection
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
• Oversee logistics, transportation, and warehousing operations
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and international standards
• Identify risks within the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align supply chain activities
• Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality, safety, or service delivery standards
• Ensure proper contract management, including performance monitoring, renewals, and compliance with agreed terms
• Promote the use of technology and digital tools to enhance efficiency, visibility, and data-driven decision-making
