Job Description
Mysten Labs is seeking a DeFi Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable DeFi protocols, conduct market research, and build smart contracts. The role requires experience in writing smart contracts, HFT/MM, and understanding of markets and flows. The team is remote-first and hiring globally.
Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain scalable DeFi protocols.
- Conduct market research to propose new projects.
- Build smart contracts, deploy, and setup backend systems to collect data and monitor performance.
- Active use of AI: using Claude and other AI tools.
- Must know the latest on CT and other ecosystems.
- Experience writing smart contracts.
- Experience with HFT/MM.
- Understands how markets work, how flows work.
- Actively engaged in DeFi trading and following DeFi trends/news.
