Senior Product Designer

Mysten Labs is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their small, high-impact design team. The role involves owning the full design lifecycle, shaping and scaling design systems, and collaborating with product managers and engineers to align on priorities and ship with quality at speed.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product design experience
• Fluency in Figma and enthusiasm about investigating and integrating novel creative design tools
• Strong prototyping instincts and experience contributing to or building design systems
• Excellent visual design sensibility and rigorous interaction thinking
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and clear, direct communication
• Portfolio includes prototypes of ideas built with AI tools and experience or strong interest in web3, crypto wallets, DeFi, or developer tooling in the blockchain space
