The Assistant to the Assistant Director is responsible for helping the Assistant Director and lower school administrative team to more effectively and efficiently accomplish the school’s mission and annual goals.
Requirements
- Lower school administrative support experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a strong level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proven track record in assertively managing projects and ensuring others follow through on assigned tasks
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (or equivalent) proficiencies
- Proficient in utilizing the school’s Student Information Management System
- Outstanding organizational and planning skills
