Job Description
DouroAzul is a river cruise company that offers a unique experience on the Douro River. They are looking for a Corporate Front-Office employee to supervise reception areas and ensure efficient and courteous service to guests.
Requirements
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proven experience in cruises and/or 4* or 5* hotels
- Comprehensive knowledge of Front Office
- Experience in management, knowledge of IT systems, and Front Office area
- Fluency in English (mandatory), German, and French will be valued
- Good leadership, communication, and team formation skills
- Ability to manage by objectives and ability to work under pressure
