Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Customer Value Lead to join our Digital Technology Health Information (DTHI) function for Roche Information Solutions (RIS). The role involves working with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify growth objectives, define strategic assumptions, and frame customer challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing and synthesizing data, and providing insights to inform product development and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Design Research, Social Science, Behavioral Psychology, Interaction Design or a related field of study
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an insights researcher
- Expertise in visual communication design, qualitative and quantitative research, and data science
- Strong understanding of correlation vs. causation principles and methods
- Compelling storytelling and written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Experience with Job-to-be-done approach, healthcare / life sciences, and digital product competence
